In a yoga class for children you will see how this practice is brought to life in a more fun, energetic, and imaginative way. Children will learn invaluable skills to help them face the challenges of growing up, while developing physical and emotional strength.
Our classes are primarily based on YogaKids teaching style but she adds a blend of other yoga programs as well as draws on her own experience.
All studio classes include yoga, games, relaxation, and art.
